Compared to the community tools, key features of pro tools include:

Better interface - you can choose themes and styles using the premium template
Larger data - use Google Drive for uploading raw data (FASTQ files and LC-MS spectra).
Project management - you can save/resume project for reproducible analysis
Workflow creation - streamlined workflow creation for batch analysis and optimization
Result dashboard - one page containing key outputs (tables, figures, files) from your analysis journey
Report generation - comprehensive analysis reports - including live report, PDF report and PowerPoint slides.
Better computing - four computing nodes; the default limitations for large data analysis have been increased by 3 times.
Stable release - twice a year. We provide long-term support (LTS) release for major milestone release. Users can access the previous release for 6 months, or LTS for up to 3 years.
Prioritized support - including troubleshooting and new feature requests.
AI-assisted analytics - including three aspects:
- Question answering are already available for answering questions related to omics data analysis and interpretation (available since 2024-R2);
- Image customization all main graphical outputs can be customized based on user preference (available in 2025-R2);
- Workflow refinement & report customization under active development & evaluation.

Subscription to Pro Tools

Access to Pro Tools is based on annual subscriptions (renewed every 12 months). We offer three types of subscriptions:

Individual Subscription - (cloud-based) designed for one person.
Lab Package - (cloud-based) designed for a regular lab or team, with 2~4 people involved in data analysis. Max 4 seats - 2nd @ 80%, 3rd @ 70% and 4th @ 60% of the first full price subscription.
Enterprise Solution - (on-prem installation) for companies with dedicated computing infrastructure and IT support. Each instance can support 10 seats
